This paper examines the psychological mechanisms through which stress and anxiety affect sports performance. It also explores coping strategies such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioral techniques, and relaxation training. Findings suggest that managing stress effectively can improve concentration, confidence, and overall athletic success.
