Teacher Training Programs and Their Effect on Classroom Management Skills

Maintaining order in the classroom is essential for teachers who want to create an atmosphere where students may learn and grow. the effect of preservice teachers' training on their ability to establish and maintain order in the classroom. Using a combination of quantitative and qualitative techniques, this study interviews training program facilitators in depth and surveys 300 educators from elementary and high schools. Strategies for managing diverse classrooms, increasing student engagement, and handling behavioural issues are important areas of study. Teachers' self-assurance, flexibility, and capacity to apply evidence-based management strategies are substantially enhanced by all-encompassing training programs, according to the results. Peer learning opportunities and continuous professional development also play an important role in keeping these abilities sharp. At the end of the study, the authors suggest ways that teacher preparation programs can better prepare future educators to handle modern classrooms by emphasising the development of skills that are specific to each individual classroom.
