Abstract

This research paper seeks to examine the growing role of big data and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in establishing what is increasingly referred to as intelligent evaluation of the performance of library institutions, particularly within the context of the rapid digital transformations reshaping the information and knowledge sector. As information environments become increasingly complex, conventional evaluation approaches are no longer sufficient for accurately monitoring service quality or assessing their actual impact, thereby creating a pressing need for advanced analytical tools capable of leveraging real-time data.
