The researchers aimed through this experimental study on children in the second phase (09-12 years) of primary education in extracurricular activities, to identify the role of a proposed educational program in developing the characteristics of agility and flexibility among children in this educational phase.
The research sample consisted of 62 pupils, where the researchers used an educational program containing a set of kinetic activities and semi-sports games, and tests and measurements specific to agility and flexibility, as the results showed the effectiveness and positive role of the proposed program in developing the characteristics of flexibility and agility among this age group of children.
