Abstract

Environmental conditions significantly influence human health and well-being. This paper explores the relationship between environmental health factors and physical and psychological well-being. Factors such as air quality, water safety, noise pollution, and access to green spaces are examined.
The paper discusses how environmental stressors contribute to respiratory illness, stress, and reduced quality of life. Conversely, healthy environments support physical activity, mental restoration, and social interaction. Public health policies aimed at improving environmental conditions are also reviewed.
The paper concludes that environmental health is a critical determinant of well-being. Sustainable environmental practices and urban planning are essential for promoting healthy communities and improving population well-being.
